Terms & conditions
These terms apply to all business orders at GastroTrade. GastroTrade only supplies businesses (resellers).
Applicability
These terms apply to every offer, order and delivery by GastroTrade. Deviating terms of the reseller only apply if we have accepted them in writing.
Account and approval
You register with your company details. Only after your account is approved do you see prices and can you order. We may refuse a request without stating reasons.
Prices
All prices are in euro and excl. VAT and shipping costs. Prices and stock may change daily; the price at the moment of ordering applies. Manifest errors do not bind us.
Ordering and dropshipping
An order is binding as soon as you place it. With dropshipping we deliver directly to your customer, in your name and with your order number. You remain our contracting party and are responsible for the correctness of the address details.
Cancelling
Cancelling is only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. For an accepted cancellation we may charge 10% of the order value, with a minimum of €25.00.
Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them gives no right to compensation or termination, unless the delay is unreasonably long. See also Delivery & shipping.
Payment
Payment takes place according to the agreements made with your account. In case of late payment we may suspend deliveries and charge statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
Ownership and warranty
Delivered goods remain our property until everything is paid. Items carry the manufacturer's warranty of the manufacturer concerned. Warranty lapses in case of incorrect use or incorrect installation.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or business interruption.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
