Below €400.00 we charge €9.99 excl. VAT for shipping. From €400.00 we deliver free of charge.
Shipping costs
Orders with a goods value below €400.00 excl. VAT: €9.99 excl. VAT per shipment. From €400.00 excl. VAT: free delivery. This also applies to dropshipping.
Large or heavy items
For items transported as a large or heavy shipment (pallet) we charge €40.00 excl. VAT extra transport costs per order. This is shown in your cart before you order.
Delivery to you or your customer
We deliver to the delivery address provided. For dropshipping you use your customer's address; the shipment goes out neutrally, with your order number on the packing list. Check name, address and postcode before ordering.
Track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will see the track & trace details with the order in your account. Delivery times are indicative.
